Destinations: Ships via FedEx exclusively to physical addresses within the contiguous United States.

Exclusions: No delivery to AK, HI, PR, international locations, or P.O. Boxes/APO/FPO/DPO.

Cost: FREE standard shipping on all eligible orders.

2. Delivery Timeline

Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday (late orders process next business day).

Handling Time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Transit Time: 4–6 business days.

3. Tracking, Changes & Cancellations

Tracking: Emailed upon shipment; allows 24–48 hours to activate.

Address Changes: Must be requested within 24 hours of ordering; impossible once processed/shipped.

Cancellations: Only permitted before processing/fulfillment. Shipped orders follow the Return Policy.

4. Damages & Issues

Inspection: Inspect packages immediately upon arrival.

Visible Damage: Refuse delivery and note damage on the carrier's receipt.

Hidden Damage/Missing Parts: Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
