Return and refund policy

1. Returns & Refunds

Window: 30 days from delivery.

Eligibility: Item must be unused, undamaged, in original packaging, with all accessories/manuals, and accompanied by a receipt.

Non-Returnable: Custom/personalized furniture, assembled or used items, and clearance/final sale products.

Timeline: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after warehouse inspection.

2. Shipping Costs & Fees

Seller Paid: EverwoodHaven covers shipping (prepaid label or freight pickup) for a full refund or free replacement if the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Customer Paid: Customer covers shipping (tracking/insurance recommended via carriers like FedEx) for buyer's remorse (e.g., wrong size, color, or no longer needed).

3. How to Initiate a Return
 

Important: Do not ship items back without prior approval.

Email support@everwoodhaven.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item/packaging.

Once approved, ship the item to the authorized warehouse:

4. Cancellations & Exchanges

Cancellations: Full refund allowed within 24 hours of ordering, provided it hasn't shipped. Shipped orders must follow the standard return process.

Exchanges: No direct exchanges. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order online.
