You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
You can get a full refund as long as the item is still in its original packaging, has not been used, includes all accessories and manuals, is not damaged, and you have a valid receipt or invoice.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom or personalized furniture, items that have already been assembled or used, and clearance or final sale products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
3. Return Shipping & Fees
If the product arrives damaged or does not match your order because of an issue on our side, we will cover all return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or arrange a freight pickup service. You can choose to receive a full refund or a free replacement.
If you no longer need the item, ordered the wrong size or color, or the item does not fit your space, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a reliable carrier, such as FedEx, and choosing a shipping option with tracking and insurance.
