Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at EverwoodHaven. We are committed to delivering your furniture and home decor safely and efficiently.We ship orders to customers through FedEx.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • Supported Destinations: We ship exclusively to physical addresses within the contiguous United States.

  • Excluded Destinations: We do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, international destinations, or P.O. Boxes / APO / FPO / DPO addresses.

2. Shipping Fees & Costs

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders within our supported shipping zones. 

3. Handling, Transit & Order Cut-Off Time

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (EST), Monday – Friday. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays).

  • Transit Time: 4–6 business days.

  • Total processing and delivery time: 5–9 days.

4. Order Tracking & Changes

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

  • Address Changes: If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

  • Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled before they enter processing or fulfillment. Once shipped, the standard Return Policy applies.

5. Damages and Missing Items

Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

  • Visible Damage: You may refuse the delivery and note the damage on the carrier’s receipt.

  • Hidden Damage / Missing Parts: Report to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photos of the product and packaging to expedite the solution.
